When did you last check your sea cocks and their fasteners?

Kape Marine Ltd can offer a fully tailored management system for your vessel.

Is it difficult for you to visit your yacht regularly to check on its security, ensure your bilges are still dry, turn the engine over, check for chafe on the mooring warps or flapping halyards etc. etc?, or is it simply you would like to have the boat ready for departure when you arrive.   If the answer to any of the above is a problem for you, then we could offer a service that does any or all of the above, including planned maintenance/ preventative maintenance and over seeing  contractor repairs.

Yacht Management

Weekly or monthly safety checks

Leaving a vessel unattended for long periods of time can have disastrous consequences.

Frequent, and sometimes daily checks are needed to ensure the safety of a vessel. This might be a leaking or failed hose clip on an open seacock or a faulty gas installation or simple chafe on a mooring line, the result of which could be devastating.

Checks such as these can be routine and time consuming but imperative for the integrity of the yacht and its ability to be well found and ready for sea.

These and many other services can be carried out at marinas across the south coast, on a periodic basis, to ensure your vessel is in the best condition possible when you arrive at the marina.

Leaking hatches cause rot and discolouration of brightwork and finishes.
Leaking shower trays do untold damage to supporting structures.
